Sports Massage

I have been providing sports massage, myofascial release, and soft tissue manipulation for over 15 years. I first qualified in holistic massage in 2001 before becoming a physiotherapist, so I really appreciate the many benefits that massage can provide as part of a treatment and rehabilitation programme.

Massage gives so many benefits:

  • Relaxes the muscles
  • Aids recovery
  • Boosts the immune system
  • Increased flexibility
  • Massage sessions can be booked as 30 minutes or 1-hour treatments

Massage is especially great at helping to ease pain from a tense, tight neck or back.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions asked by our patients

What if I need to cancel an appointment?
ios-plus-empty@2x

I ask if you need to change or cancel your appointment that you give 24hrs notice. If you cannot let me know of any changes before then, you will be charged for the appointment in full.

This will depend on your specific circumstances and treatment plan. Sometimes only the initial assessment and treatment with self-management strategies is all that is required, other times such as with acupuncture or massage a course of treatment is needed.

I can refer you for a private scan if required through scan.com.
